As the founder of Auntie Anne’s® Pretzels, the world’s largest pretzel franchise, Anne found herself thrown into leadership.
Auntie Anne’s wasn’t the result of careful planning and analysis. In fact, Anne started with no education, no business plan, and no capital. She simply wanted to help support her husband’s dream of offering free counseling to couples in need. So…she went to work.
What started as a simple farmers market stand grew into an international corporation with locations in over 48 states and 28 countries. It exceeded Anne’s wildest dreams. In fact, this was never her dream to begin with.
Raised in the Amish-Mennonite community of Lancaster County Pennsylvania, Anne thought she’d spend her days as a stay-at-home mom and wife. That was her dream. But God had different plans for her.
As Auntie Anne’s® the company grew, Anne had to grow herself, personally and professionally, if she would be an impactful and empowered leader. The same is true for you as well.
